REVENUE SHARE MODEL

TEAM LEADER (TL), HYBRID AGENT (HA), Newbie & Seasoned Agent platform

 

TL: is someone looking to RTR (Recruit, Train & Retain) a team of 5 agents per team with a network of up to 5 teams managed by them. HA: is someone who can be duly licensed as a Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) with our preferred lender partner. They can assist in providing a one stop real estate solution to our customers on every transaction and can help CR build a Team of Realtor(s) and MLO(s). Competitive compensation awaits this role for a double dipping professional.

NEWBIE CHANGE AGENT

Newly Licensed Realtor: one who is enthusiastic, hard working, and has just obtained a Real Estate Salesperson license or closed less than 20 purchase transactions and has limited exposure practicing Real Estate.

For these agents, Company Leads & Mentorship will be provided.

Fees on Broker provided leads: The commission split will be 50/50 (w/ Broker) and an annual membership fee of $365/yr.

SEASONED CHANGE AGENT
One who has prior experience in the Real Estate industry and has closed at least 20 sale transactions prior to joining CR.

Change Realty also provides competitive commission split that makes us a preferred choice by many top producing agents.

Fees: One time yearly membership fee of $365 due in January and prorated based on a 365-day calendar, plus 20% commission split with broker per closing.

For Seasoned agents closing more than 2 deals per month or 6 deals per quarter, the commission split with broker is further reduced to 10%. If the agent does not close 6 deals in a quarter they will be subject to 20% commission split, as mentioned above, on each recurring transaction.

Any broker referrals will be split at 60/40 (w/ broker).

FLAT FEE AGENT (FFA) & INTERN Opportunity (not eligible for Retirement Income)

FFA Commission has two options namely:

Option #1: $99 per month + $99 per sale or lease transaction + $365 Annual Technology Fee (ATF)

Option #2: $299 per sales transaction or $99 per lease transaction+ $365 Annual Technology Fee (ATF)

INTERN Opportunity: Someone who is pursuing real estate education to gain a real estate license. They can earn while they learn with the Broker or a Seasoned Change Agent. Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) and performance bonus awaits this most preferred path that aspiring new agents opt for while learning and earning. No commission can be paid until TREC license is obtained and agent decides to join CR.
